Kerman & Co has advised the shareholders of The Future Customer Limited (TFC) on its sale to NASDAQ listed ICF.

London-based TFC is a leading boutique loyalty strategy and marketing company whose leadership team includes the originators of Tesco Clubcard - one of the UK’s most successful retail loyalty programs. Since its establishment in 2012, TFC has developed international loyalty strategies across a number of industries such as retail, media, mobile, energy and health for clients such as Nectar, The Economist, Three and Rakuten.
