Sean has worked extensively in the practice areas of commercial law, M&A, inward investment, joint ventures, shareholders’ agreements and IP. He has also acted for various commercial ports in relation to a wide range of matters including contributing to the Harbours (Amendment) Act 2009.

Sean joined Kerman & Co as a Partner in 2011. Prior to this, he was a Partner at one of Dublin’s leading international firms where he practiced for 11 years. Sean is qualified in both England and Ireland, having attended University College London and the College of Law.

He is co-author of “Buying and Selling a Business-Tax and Legal Issues” published by the Irish Institute of Taxation. Sean is also a co-author of “Business Law in Ireland “ (2015 Ed) published by Oxford University Press and the Law Society of Ireland.
