Described as having contributions from more than 50 of the leading experts in the field, Zane Shihab, Nick Bitel and James Thorndyke from our sports team provided their expertise by writing a chapter on ‘Ticketing Issues in Football’ which includes a consideration of the proprietary rights in a sports event, as well as the statutory laws and civil remedies available to football clubs to enable them to regulate the distribution and transfer of tickets to a football match played in England and Wales.
