Kerman & Co are delighted to present a seminar in association with the China Britain Business Council in London on the 9 October 2018. The seminar is entitled “Navigating the UK Immigration system as a Chinese national”.

The seminar content is relevant for Chinese nationals relocating to the UK and those extending their visas while already based in the UK. The presentation will look at the individual’s perspective and also the corporate angle for employers and sponsors. With immigration such a hot topic, we will look ahead to what the UK immigration system might look like after the planned 2021 reforms, and how these changes could affect Chinese nationals.

The seminar will be delivered by Stephen Hall, our Head of Immigration and attended by our Asia team led by Joan Yu.
